Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Working Girls Holdings Inc., a corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), accepts returns on eligible merchandise within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of wear, alteration, laundering, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Proof of purchase — such as your order confirmation email or packing slip — is required to process any return. The Company reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements or that fall outside the thirty-day return window.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of merchandise are excluded from our return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Non-returnable items include final sale or clearance products, gift cards, intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings and body jewelry, personalized or custom-made items, and any products explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Vintage items sold through the Platform are also considered final sale due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature, unless they arrive in a condition that materially differs from the product listing. Please review product descriptions and sale designations carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@workinggirlsco.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

All returns must include the assigned RMA number and must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Items sent back without prior authorization or without an RMA number may not be accepted and could be returned to sender at the customer's expense. The Company is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our fulfillment team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing schedule.

Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. If a promotional discount or coupon code was applied to the original order, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid after the discount. Partial returns on orders that qualified for free shipping thresholds may be subject to a deduction of the standard shipping cost if the remaining order total falls below the qualifying amount.

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items subject to product availability at the time your return is processed. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preferred replacement when initiating the return process. If the requested exchange item is unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method instead.

Exchange orders are processed and shipped once the original item has been received and approved. Additional charges may apply if the replacement item is priced higher than the original purchase; conversely, if the replacement is priced lower, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the product description on the Platform, please notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Contact our support team at support@workinggirlsco.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Upon verification, the Company will arrange a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after the seven-day notification period may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed approval. Working Girls Holdings Inc. reserves the right to make the final determination on all damage and defect claims.
